We offer digital information products including but not limited to: the Crowdfunding Momentum Kit (CMK), tactical playbooks, calculators, email sequences, templates, and audit services. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions in addition to these terms. We do not store your payment information.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. If you have accessed less than 20% of the product content and it does not meet the described value, contact us at hello@elitegrowth.pro within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Audit services are non-refundable once delivery has commenced.
All content, frameworks, calculators, playbooks, war stories, and materials within CMK products are the exclusive intellectual property of Profores LLC. Customers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own campaigns.

CMK products provide operational intelligence based on real campaign experience. Results are not guaranteed. Campaign outcomes depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, platform algorithms, and execution quality. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Profores LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
